You can finally live in Disney World – but it’ll cost you $14,000,000

Ever felt like swapping your mundane life for a kingdom that’s a little more, well, magical? Now you can because the ultimate chance to leave these cold, dark January days behind and move to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida has just reared its head. A house inside the Orlando-based location is now on the market – one which won’t just appeal to Disney completists but also to the Star Wars fan in your life. But be warned, it doesn’t come cheap. The property is located in the Carolwood neighbourhood of Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando, Florida (just four miles from the Magic Kingdom Park) and will set its new owners back a cool $13,995,000 (£10.1m). But what does that steep price tag get you? Well seven bedrooms for starters, not to mention nearly 11,000 square foot of space with a distinct Disney theme, including Disney-themed stained-glass windows and Disney characters etched in and above the doors. But that’s not all… (Picture: Pozek Group / SWNS)
Because the house also includes – wait for it – its very own Millennium Falcon-themed screening room, allowing fans the chance to watch their favourite Star Wars movies in a truly authentic setting. (Picture: Pozek Group / SWNS)
The eight-seater theatre is kitted out with a replica of the Falcon’s interior, as well as a life-sized figure of Star Wars favourite Chewbacca. Although it’s not the only home to pay tribute to the classic film series with its screening room. Other properties have attempted to bring Star Wars to Earth over the years but no others allow viewers to watch the Disney-owned franchise on actual Disney territory. (Picture: Pozek Group / SWNS)
The home’s stunning features don’t end there. Prospective buyers can also take advantage of a temperature-controlled wine room, a Toothless pizza oven, and a massive games room which can be used for entertaining, homeschooling, or just playing games. And for fans of the movie, there’s also an exact replica of the marble fireplace from Cinderella’s Castle suite at Walt Disney World. (Picture: Pozek Group / SWNS)
The property listing reads: ‘Inside, soaring ceilings and a sweeping staircase set the tone, anchored by a custom crystal chandelier. A row of Disney-themed stained-glass windows adds a whimsical touch, overlooking the courtyard and sparkling resort-style pool. The chef’s kitchen overlooks a two-story great room and is designed for both function and beauty, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and extensive storage inside custom cabinetry.’ (Picture: Pozek Group / SWNS)
‘With 7 bedrooms and 7.2 baths, including a fully detached apartment over the garage, the layout is ideal for family or guests alike. The first-floor master suite is a private retreat, complete with two gas fireplaces, a sitting area overlooking the pool, and a spa bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower.’ (Picture: Pozek Group / SWNS)

While the price might be out of most people’s range, it’s not the first movie-themed property to hit the market. Fans of James Bond recently had the opportunity to snap up an 007-inspired house called Skyfall located in Redford, Nottinghamshire – which was a snip compared to the Disney house at just £3,000,000 ($4.1m).
